Quite a few people are comfortable with the Johari Window idea. This was an instrument of understanding created by Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham in 1955. It is still used extensively today, in almost all corners of existence. The value in management has not really declined over time.
Using wood and plywood, create a covering that will set over just the top portion of the home windows. Think about making a box, but leaving off the last piece of wood. You will have a rectangular area to work with. It is a good idea to measure, but because you are making it yourself, there is no right or wrong to the width or height of the covering. Using padding from a fabric store, cover the front portion that will face out and be seen by people entering the room. Cover it with a fabric that fits with the nursery"s feel and use a staple gun to secure it tightly.
Window treatment ideas for doors. Normally you would have a single curtain drawing back to the hinge side of your door. It makes a lot of sense to have the curtain tied back. (otherwise your door curtain will end up flapping like supermans cape every time someone opens the door on a windy day)
